He was courteous, explained the project and universal remotes so well. He set them up so that the button positions matched the location of the 3 doors. Very intuitive and exactly what I needed. He was also able to make the remotes work w/ a very old door that is still functional. When it needs to be replaced, I will certainly have Caspersen do the job!
