As the Manager of Caspersen Door Systems I am aware of the issue this customer is concerned with. The product was installed per contract, and we did have an appointment to return to the site to try and resolve any issues the customer was concerned with. Unfortunately the customer had to cancel unexpectedly and would be calling me back when timing was appropriate. Our goal is Total Customer Satisfaction and we will work towards this end.Excellent in all respects.

He set them up so that the… Read more The technician who did the work arrived early! A pleasant surprise that freed up my afternoon. He was courteous, explained the project and universal remotes so well. He set them up so that the button positions matched the location of the 3 doors. Very intuitive and exactly what I needed. He was also able to make the remotes work w/ a very old door that is still functional. When it needs to be replaced, I will certainly have Caspersen do the job!
