I invested in a new door with all new hardware and lift. Caspersen had done work for me in the past and I'd been impressed with their technicians. Kevin, their sales rep, made a site visit. I ordered, got an install date in a couple of days, and on that date Dan and his helper showed up and did a marvelous job!

Sales team was great to deal with. Kevin listened to my requests and was helpful in determining my options. Also, they were responsive and helpful with scheduling the garage door install.

He resolved all of my concerns. Derek did a great job with the installation of the new garage doors and correcting the issues with the trim. I'm extremely satisfied that the company corrected issues that were identified during the installation of the trim.
