I shopped around and decided on… Read more I have always had the motto ("it is wrong to pay somebody to do something that I can do") but this time I let the pro's do garage door replacement. I shopped around and decided on Caspersen door systems. A date was scheduled, the techs arrived on time and got right to work. To my surprise they removed the old door and got the new one installed in just a few hours. The project was seamless. Great job and at a reasonable price. The techs were great, I was impressed.

As the Manager of Caspersen Door Systems I am aware of the issue this customer is concerned with. The product was installed per contract, and we did have an appointment to return to the site to try and resolve any issues the customer was concerned with. Unfortunately the customer had to cancel unexpectedly and would be calling me back when timing was appropriate. Our goal is Total Customer Satisfaction and we will work towards this end.Excellent in all respects.
