The knowledge of the product by Keith was excellent and after various discussions of what my needs were, we were able to pin point a great door for my home and my likes. The whole process was flawless from time of order to installation. I actually never even saw a physical person thru the whole process. I did everything via email and one phone call. The installation went without a hitch and I simply came home to a new door installed with no messes left behind. I left a check for the balance on the door and that was the end of things. A very professional company!
