Spoke to office receptionist 4 times over a month... NEVER received a call back

Looking for repeat of prior order and no one at the company cares enough to call back. One sales person who has been given my contact info 4 times over a month and nothing. No action. No office manager or other person willing or able to call back ever.

Good morning Jay, I am so very sorry that you had this kind of experience with us. Customers are so important to us and we try to do our best to meet everyone's needs. During the warm weather we have people out on vacation and we were unexpectedly short staffed. Please know that we are there if you need us . After much research with went with Casperson because… Read more We purchased the Triforce Classic XL and are more than pleased with the look and the virtually soundless opening and closing of the Garage Door. After much research with went with Casperson because of their reputation and price. We were not disappointed Mark in customer service walked me through different types of doors making it easy to choose and Dave the installer was professional and had years of experience installing. I would highly recommend Casperson Doors not only for the terrific product but because they were so nice to deal with.
