Beer was consumed during the installation process. One man urinated on my garden bed in lieu of asking to use our bathroom which we would have granted.

The rubber molding around the door was not properly installed and large gaps exist. When I called the office to complain , I was promised that a representative would come very quickly. He never came. At one point, the representative called and told my wife that he is leaving the office immediately to meet her. Half of an hour later he was still in the office.

Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority. I will not pay the full bill until such time as all work is rectified.I am not at all pleased.

Mr. Pregot, I am very sorry and quite embarrassed to hear this. I have already started to look into this and I can tell you that the second man on your job was not an employee of ours nor was he authorized to be there. I will dig deeper into this and if these accusations are found to be true our employee will be terminated. We pride ourselves in having top notch products and top notch employees. We spend a great deal of money in training and quality control. Words cannot express my disappointment in hearing a review like this. Your sales Rep will be calling you immediately to set up a time to come out and rectify any issues with your installation. Please except my deepest apologies.

Ordering it in the shop took ten minutes. I was out of the country for a month, but as soon as I returned the installation was scheduled and performed in half a day, perfectly functioning.

Never Showed Up, Twice!!

I had gone through their website for a appointment / estimate, I was called back the next day and an appointment was set up for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at 9:30 am I called the office… Read more I had gone through their website for a appointment / estimate, I was called back the next day and an appointment was set up for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at 9:30 am I called the office and was told "Mark" was at a doctors appointment well I guess he forgot about my appointment he did return a call back to me 20 minutes later and we agreed upon 3:30 pm that afternoon well 3:30 pm came and gone again no show. There are other companies that would love my money and business this will not be one of them!

My Doctor appointment was longer than normal this morning , and this afternoon I rushed back from Framingham to meet with you and was just down the road when you called the office to cancel appointment at 3:40 . As you can see from the other reviews and referral from your friend ,We all work hard here to do a good job for everyone . I am more than happy to meet with you . Today was an off day , not feeling well and having to go off cape and I apologize for not calling to let you know I was running late . Thank you. Mark
