Beer was consumed during the installation process. One man urinated on my garden bed in lieu of asking to use our bathroom which we would have granted.

The rubber molding around the door was not properly installed and large gaps exist. When I called the office to complain , I was promised that a representative would come very quickly. He never came. At one point, the representative called and told my wife that he is leaving (...) the office immediately to meet her. Half of an hour later he was still in the office.

Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority. I will not pay the full bill until such time as all work is rectified.I am not at all pleased.

Ordering it in the shop took ten minutes. I was out of the country for a month, but as soon as I returned the installation was scheduled and performed in half a day, perfectly functioning.

I had gone through their website for a appointment / estimate, I was called back the next day and an appointment was set up for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at 9:30 am I called the office… Read more I had gone through their website for a appointment / estimate, I was called back the next day and an appointment was set up for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at 9:30 am I called the office and was told "Mark" was at a doctors appointment well I guess he forgot about my appointment he did return a call back to me 20 minutes later and we agreed upon 3:30 pm that afternoon well 3:30 pm came and gone again no show. There are other companies that would love my money and business this (...) will not be one of them!
