I had gone through their website for a appointment / estimate, I was called back the next day and an appointment was set up for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at 9:30 am I called the office… Read more I had gone through their website for a appointment / estimate, I was called back the next day and an appointment was set up for the following Tuesday morning at 9:00 am at 9:30 am I called the office and was told "Mark" was at a doctors appointment well I guess he forgot about my appointment he did return a call back to me 20 minutes later and we agreed upon 3:30 pm that afternoon well 3:30 pm came and gone again no show. There are other companies that would love my money and business this will not be one of them!

Karen , I am sorry you had a bad experience . My Doctor appointment was longer than normal this morning , and this afternoon I rushed back from Framingham to meet with you and was just down the road when you called the office to cancel appointment at 3:40 . As you can see from the other reviews and referral from your friend ,We all work hard here to do a good job for everyone . I am more than happy to meet with you . Today was an off day , not feeling well and having to go off cape and I apologize for not calling to let you know I was running late . Thank you. MarkHyannis Installation

No office manager or other person willing or able to call back ever.
