I believe if runners aren't changed the wheels wouldn't work right. So I got the runaround that the runners were good and I didn't need to change them. No one told me they weren't changed I saw it. Plus the seals outside are tan and the trim is white. I called today and I will see if anything is done. If this is how things are I won't recommened you to anyone. Plus they said the runners were$30. So do I get the labor that I paid to have them installed? Thank You

There was no communication after we bought and paid for our door. "Three weeks became four. "Next week" became two. I had to finally call to force an installation date. Talk to people!

He never returned a call as promised, was rude when I finally reached him, and gave me an afternoon install time. The installer showed up about 8:00 am with no phone call from John. All other contact with your co. was very good.

Easy to work with staff from beginning to end. Worked with me to get me what I wanted in a timely fashion within my budget! Very satisfied on Allon ends of the company.
