An important test to see if a company is reliable is whether they return your first phone call. Damien, VP of Retail Operations, called within 24 hrs. and set up an appointment for us to view garage doors at their warehouse. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. His projections of when doors will be available, when the installers will come, price, etc. were accurate. The installers, Vic and Jeremy were quite efficient and knowledgeable.

I received the quote the next day and 2 business days later the sales rep (Scott) arrived at the specified time to measure and verify the correct door size. I received the revised proposal that afternoon which I accepted. He indicated that it would be one month to receive the door which was correct. The door was installed by a very timely manner by knowledgeable and experienced installers. Highly recommended.

He was very responsive to my follow up inquiries. His suggestion to add the LiftMaster 8500W-267 torsion mounted garage door opener turned out to be a good one. Carlos did a fantastic job with the installation/upgrade.

Scott, sales manager, came out and discussed the options and the replacement. In a couple of weeks, they arrived and were installed. I like the quality, the look and the quiet operation of the doors.
Mine have four windows on each door, which provides natural light to the garage. Also the new lights on the opener are a lot brighter than before. Extremely pleased I went with Caspersen Door Systems.
