Even mice, as small as they are, can do a massive amount of damage to wood and plastic, and even the wiring to your garage door opener, which could be a major issue.

Also, garages themselves are often the target because of the all the easily moveable and valuable items contained inside. Things like motorcycles and mountain bikes are often stored with easy access in the garage. Negligence is usually the main reason most robberies occur.

The garage door is one of those things you don’t think about very often. You go to the garage in the morning, get in the car and go. Come home, you click a button, the door opens, you enter, that’s the end of it. Everyone takes it for granted that the garage door can open and close out any problems when they hit that button on the remote.
